Timely Communication: Clients must respond promptly to requests for information or clarification to ensure timely delivery of services.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation: Clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a fee based on the work completed.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided once the CV has been delivered. However, if the client is dissatisfied with the service, they may request a review and possible revision within 14 days of delivery.

Turnaround Time: Delivery times vary depending on the package selected. Standard delivery times are 3 to 7 business days, while express delivery is available within 24 hours for an additional fee.
