Team building activities go a long way to achieving better workplace relationships that then have a positive impact on company processes and goals.

Institute of Career Development, Bangladesh – ICDB is expert in corporate team building.

On 15 February 2019,  ICDB organized a team building training for Groupe Casino, Bangladesh at Gulshan – 2 in a Restaurant.  Md. Manik Hossain Shimul, Founder & Corporate Trainer, Saiful Kabir, Head of Admin, Dewam Sadique Niloy, Event Coordinator and Ahsanul Haque, Executive were conducted the day-long training. Country  Manager of Groupe Casino, Bangladesh with 38 employees of the organization were participated the training.

The event was designed with lots of fun and energetic activities. All the participants were divided into 3 teams and the leader was chosen by the participants for each team. All the activities was well organized for enhancing team building and full of excitement.
